Membership in the GMCC

As a member of the Green Mountain Curling Club, you receive the following benefits:

  • ability to participate in our regular Saturday morning games or other scheduled games
  • free equipment rental
  • if necessary, a Learn To Curl clinic
  • opportunity to participate in bonspiels and other activities sanctioned by the US Curling Association (USCA) and Grand National Curling Club (GNCC)
  • ability to participate in GMCC leadership and attend monthly GMCC Board meetings
  • a free subscription to CurlTV.com (by way of your membership in the USCA)

Because your GMCC membership also gives you membership in the USCA, you are also able to participate in instructor clinics should you wish to help teach the sport to others.

For the 2008-2009 season, membership dues have been set at $75 for the season.  PLEASE FILL OUT OUR MEMBERSHIP FORM to join. 

To play in our Saturday morning games, you must be a member and then there is a small $10/game fee to cover the cost of the ice time.

About the GMCC

  • The Green Mountain Curling Club is a group of curling players and fans bringing curling into the state of Vermont. In previous years, we curled at the Border Curling Club just over the border in Stanstead, Quebec, but in 2006 we were very pleased to be bringing curling to the CREW ice arena in Morrisville, VT! Now we are back for our second season with more sheets, more stones, more teams and are looking forward to an even stronger year of curling in Vermont!

    Participation in our monthly "Learn To Curl" clinics is open to anyone. No experience is necessary - just an interest in learning and playing the game. Cost for the clinic is $25, which can be applied toward your membership if you decide to join the GMCC.

    If you would like to become a member of the GMCC, current rates are $75/season with membership giving you the ability to participate in GMCC activities, free equipment rental and, if necessary, a Learn To Curl clinic. PLEASE FILL OUT OUR MEMBERSHIP FORM to join.
